HOW AIM WORKS

After the design phase is completed, AIM Project Management becomes the central coordination point for the entire project.

We coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants, MEP Consultants, Fire and Safety Consultants, and Pollution Control Consultants to integrate all technical inputs into a unified execution plan. We assist clients in identifying and appointing suitable contractors and vendors, manage tendering and negotiations, and oversee contracts and execution.

Construction activities are monitored through regular site reviews, structured reporting, and corrective action mechanisms, continuing through testing, commissioning, and final handover.
